Stainless Steel, Titanium, Duplex Steel Plates Nalin Girish Ispat LLP Across Pan India.
Stainless
Steel, Titanium, and Duplex Steel Plates are
high-performance materials engineered to meet demanding
industrial and structural applications requiring exceptional
strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. Each of
these materials serves a distinct purpose in industries such
as railway, marine, chemical processing, aerospace, and oil
& gas.
Stainless Steel is a specially developed Indian
grade designed as per Indian Railway Standards (RDSO
Specification). It exhibits excellent resistance to
atmospheric corrosion and oxidation, even in harsh
environments. Due to its superior weldability and strength,
it is widely used in railway coach manufacturing, wagons,
and structural fabrication where long service life and
minimal maintenance are essential.
Titanium Plates, manufactured as per ASTM B265-15, are known
for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion
resistance, and biocompatibility. They perform exceptionally
well in aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and medical
applications. Titanium’s ability to resist chlorides, acids,
and high temperatures makes it an ideal choice for critical
engineering environments where both lightweight and strength
are key.
Duplex Stainless Steel Plates (Grades S32205 / S31803 –
Duplex 2205) combine the advantages of both austenitic and
ferritic stainless steels, offering high yield strength,
excellent corrosion resistance, and resistance to stress
corrosion cracking. Duplex plates are extensively used in
oil & gas, desalination plants, offshore structures, and
chemical processing industries, where they outperform
standard stainless steels in both strength and resistance to
aggressive media.
Together, these premium-grade materials represent the next
level of innovation and reliability in modern metallurgical
engineering ensuring longer service life, high structural
integrity, and superior corrosion resistance across diverse
industrial sectors.
